Summary
This study aims to understand why some people age healthier than others by measuring how the body processes nutrients like proteins, fats, and sugars over time. Researchers will enroll 100 older adults to track changes in metabolism, physical function, and mental sharpness. The goal is to create a detailed profile of healthy aging to identify future targets for treatments.
