Summary
This study looks at whether a special training program using a reaction system can improve thinking, balance, and walking in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). About 40 adults with MS, ages 18 to 55, who can walk without major help will take part. The training combines agility exercises and cognitive tasks, and the goal is to see if it leads to better daily function and quality of life.
