Summary
This study tests whether a technology-supported reaction system can improve thinking, walking, and balance in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Forty adults with mild disability (EDSS 4 or less) will perform agility and cognitive training. The goal is to see if this approach boosts cognitive function, walking ability, and quality of life.
