Senior center health boost: study tests community workers

Summary
This study looks at whether community health workers at senior centers can help older adults improve their health. About 250 people aged 60 and older will take part. Some centers will offer health worker services for 4 months, while others continue as usual. Researchers will check blood pressure, physical activity, and diet to see if the program makes a difference.
