Senior center health coaches aim to boost vitality in older adults

Summary

This study looks at whether community health workers placed in senior centers can help adults aged 60 and older improve their health. About 250 people will take part, with some centers offering the health worker service and others continuing as usual. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure, physical activity, and diet to see if the program makes a difference.
