NCT ID NCT06286033

Summary

This was an early-stage study to check the safety and see how the body processes a new drug called AG-181. It involved 88 healthy volunteers who took either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to see if the drug was safe and to measure how much of it got into the bloodstream, both with and without food.
