Summary
This study tested a small device implanted in the heart to help control severe pulmonary hypertension, a condition of dangerously high blood pressure in the lungs. It involved 32 patients who had run out of other treatment options. The main goal was to see if the device was safe and if it could reduce fainting spells and improve symptoms.
