First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at what happens to eye pressure right after a larger-volume injection of Aflibercept (0.07 mL) for macular diseases like AMD. Researchers will also check if repeated injections cause any long-term changes to the optic nerve over 12 months. About 100 adults who need this treatment will take part.
