Summary

This study looked at whether taking famotidine, a common acid-reducing drug, changes how the body absorbs afimetoran. 32 healthy adults took afimetoran with and without famotidine to compare drug levels. The goal was to see if stomach acid changes affect the drug, not to treat any disease.
