Can positive words and music during a C-Section calm moms and boost breastfeeding?
NCT ID NCT07481643
Summary
This study looked at whether playing music and having mothers listen to positive affirmations during a planned cesarean section could help reduce their anxiety and improve breastfeeding. Researchers compared three groups of mothers: one group received both affirmations and music, one received just music, and one received neither. They then measured the mothers' anxiety levels and tracked how breastfeeding started and progressed.
