NCT ID NCT07336550
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether giving primary care doctors extra feedback from a pharmacist can reduce the number of older adults (over 65) taking unnecessary or risky medications like sleeping pills, acid reflux drugs, and strong painkillers. About 540 patients from 9 health centers will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps doctors safely stop or lower these medications.
