Engineered immune cells tested against childhood cancers

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called afamitresgene autoleucel for children and young adults aged 2 to 21 with certain advanced cancers (synovial sarcoma, MPNST, neuroblastoma, or osteosarcoma). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells that are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells that have a specific marker (MAGE-A4). The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
