Doctors test simple monthly check to catch hidden heart rhythm problem in seniors

Summary
This study is testing whether offering monthly heart rhythm checks (ECGs) at local family health centers can help find undiagnosed atrial fibrillation in adults aged 65 and older in Ordu, Turkey. Participants will receive 12 monthly check-ups. If a new irregular heart rhythm is found, they will be referred to heart specialists for appropriate treatment, including blood thinners if needed.
