First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether 4 months of aerobic interval training or continuous aerobic training can lower 24-hour blood pressure in people with resistant hypertension (high blood pressure that doesn't respond well to multiple medications). 72 participants will be split into two exercise groups and one usual-care group. The goal is to find a better exercise approach to help control blood pressure.
