First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding aerobic exercise to standard treatment helps people with chronic leg swelling walk better, keep their balance, and strengthen their legs. Twenty-four adults aged 20 to 60 with swelling in both legs will either get standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus aerobic training. Researchers will measure leg size, walking speed, balance, and muscle strength to see if the extra exercise makes a difference.
