Arm and leg combo boosts endurance in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT06467227
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding arm exercise to leg exercise helps healthy people train longer. Ten healthy volunteers did cycling endurance tests with legs only and with arms plus legs. The goal was to see if the combo approach could be tolerated longer, which might later help people with lung disease who struggle with breathing during exercise.
