Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week aerobic exercise program can lower uric acid levels and improve daily function and quality of life in 32 adults aged 40-60 who are on hemodialysis. Participants will either do structured exercise or receive standard care. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to reduce heart and joint risks in dialysis patients.
