First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining arm and leg exercise helps healthy people train longer than leg exercise alone. Ten healthy adults took part in cycling tests to measure endurance. The goal was to see if this approach works, so it could later be tested in people with lung disease who struggle with exercise.
