Summary

This study tests whether adding aerobic exercise (like walking or cycling) to standard physical therapy helps stroke survivors recover better. Researchers will measure changes in arm movement, thinking, and mood in 40 Veterans who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. The goal is to see if exercise can make the brain more responsive to rehabilitation.
