Summary
This study looked at how losing a little sleep affects heart health, thinking, and physical performance in active versus sedentary adults. 24 people were split into two groups based on their exercise habits and tested after normal sleep and after three nights of reduced sleep. The goal was to see if being physically active helps protect the body from the negative effects of poor sleep.
