Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week aerobic exercise program could improve movement and walking in 30 adults with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants were randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. The exercise group showed significant improvements in walking distance and hand function compared to the control group, suggesting aerobic exercise may help manage MS symptoms.
