Summary
This study looks at whether a regular aerobic exercise program can help people with rheumatoid arthritis feel better day-to-day. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, mood, fatigue, and physical fitness in 64 women with low disease activity. The goal is to see if exercise can be a safe, drug-free way to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
