Summary
This study will test whether a 6-week aerobic exercise program can improve quality of life, mood, and fatigue in women with rheumatoid arthritis. Sixty-four participants with low disease activity will either continue standard care or add five weekly exercise sessions. Researchers will measure changes in physical function, depression, and inflammation.
