Summary
This study tested whether long-term aerobic exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson's disease in 57 adults aged 40 and older. Participants exercised regularly to see if it improved movement, thinking, and driving safety. The goal is to find a low-cost, accessible treatment that can be used alongside standard care.
