Exercise shows promise for easing MS movement problems
NCT ID NCT07325019
Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week aerobic exercise program could improve movement and function in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Thirty adults with MS were randomly assigned to either follow the exercise program or be in a comparison group that did not. The results showed that the exercise group significantly improved their walking distance, mobility, and hand dexterity compared to the group that did not exercise.
