Summary

This study tested whether aerobic dance exercises can help women with fibromyalgia feel better and function better in daily life. 44 women with fibromyalgia took part, comparing dance exercises to standard postural exercises. The goal was to see if dancing could reduce pain, improve sleep, and boost overall well-being.
