NCT ID NCT04658537
Summary
This study is testing whether a more precise, single-dose radiation treatment provides longer-lasting pain relief than the standard single-dose treatment for people with advanced cancer. It involves 100 patients with cancer that has spread, who are already recommended for standard palliative radiation. The goal is to see if this advanced technique helps control symptoms like pain for a longer period, improving quality of life.
