Summary
This study is for people with advanced stomach cancer that has gotten worse after their first treatment. It will test if a new three-drug combination works better and is safe enough compared to a standard single chemotherapy drug. The goal is to see if the new combination can better control the cancer and help patients live longer without their disease progressing.
