New MRI-Guided radiation aims to zap spinal tumors more accurately

NCT ID NCT05709782

Summary

This study is testing whether a more precise form of radiation therapy, guided by real-time MRI scans, can better control spinal tumors and improve patients' quality of life. It will involve about 40 adults with cancer that has spread to their spine. The goal is to see if this advanced technology leads to better tumor control at six months and one year after treatment.
