Precision radiation blast aims to better control aggressive prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT07189598
Summary
This study is testing a new, more precise form of radiation therapy for men with high-risk prostate cancer. It aims to see if delivering a higher dose of radiation directly to the main tumor area, while also treating the pelvis, is more effective and cost-efficient than standard radiation. The trial will enroll 390 men and measure success by looking at cancer control, survival, quality of life, and treatment costs over 5 years.
