Summary

This study looked at whether advanced practice nurses (APNs) can improve blood pressure control in adults with high blood pressure. About 483 patients were followed to see if working with an APN helped them manage their condition better than standard care. The goal was to help patients stick to their treatment and improve communication with their doctor.
