New brain scan aims to pinpoint deadliest tumor spots for better diagnosis
NCT ID NCT03458676
Summary
This study is testing whether advanced MRI scans can help doctors target the most aggressive parts of brain tumors during needle biopsies. Researchers will compare biopsy results from areas identified by advanced MRI versus standard imaging in 50 adults with suspected brain tumors. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy by ensuring biopsies sample the most dangerous tumor regions.
