Summary
This study is testing new multifocal lens implants for cataract patients who also have other eye structure problems, like a dislocated lens or a history of eye inflammation. Researchers will use advanced imaging during surgery to precisely place these lenses, which are designed to provide clear vision at all distances. The goal is to see if these advanced lenses improve vision quality and reduce the need for glasses compared to standard single-focus lenses in these complex cases.
