New High-Tech lenses aim to free complex cataract patients from glasses
NCT ID NCT07321756
Summary
This study is testing new multifocal lens implants for people with cataracts who also have other eye structure problems, like a dislocated lens or a history of eye inflammation. The goal is to see if these advanced lenses, placed with high-tech imaging guidance, provide better all-around vision and reduce the need for glasses compared to standard single-focus lenses. The study will enroll 320 participants with specific eye conditions to measure their vision quality and satisfaction after surgery.
