Summary
This study is testing a combination treatment for people with advanced bile tract cancer that has worsened after standard first-line therapy. It combines a chemotherapy drug (paclitaxel) delivered in tiny particles with immunotherapy to help the body fight the cancer. The main goals are to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and is safe for patients.
