Global race for better bile duct cancer treatment

Summary

This large global study is comparing two different immunotherapy drugs (rilvegostomig and durvalumab) when combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced bile duct cancer who haven't had previous treatment. The main goal is to see which combination helps patients live longer while monitoring side effects. The trial will enroll 1,100 participants worldwide who have tumors that test positive for a specific marker called PD-L1.
