New combo therapy aims to shrink tumors before surgery for tough cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy drugs can help people with advanced bile duct cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors before surgery and then continue treatment afterward to try to keep the cancer from coming back. It will involve about 30 adults who have not had prior treatment for this cancer.
