First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study collects kidney tissue from 100 adults with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) who are already scheduled for kidney removal surgery. Researchers will analyze the tissue to find genetic mutations that may cause cysts to form. The goal is to better understand why the disease varies so much between people.
