Summary

This study looks at how teenagers who have hurt themselves learn and use coping skills in daily life. About 200 teens and their parents will practice skills together while researchers measure heart rate, sweat, and brain activity. The goal is to find out what helps teens use these skills and what gets in the way, so future treatments can be more effective.
