Summary
This study aims to understand how well teenagers can identify emotional neglect and whether recognizing it makes them more likely to seek help. Researchers will survey 500 Dutch-speaking high school students in Brussels, asking them to read short stories about neglect and answer questions. The goal is to gather knowledge to potentially improve support systems for young people.
