Summary

This study looks at whether giving radiation therapy after surgery can help prevent thyroid cancer from coming back in people with a high risk of recurrence. About 80 adults with certain types of thyroid cancer will receive adjuvant radiotherapy and be followed for several years. The main goal is to see how long they stay free of cancer in the neck area, and researchers will also track overall survival, side effects, and quality of life.
