Summary

This study compares a new pressure-limited nasal cannula (ADINA) to standard high-flow nasal cannula in premature babies with respiratory distress. About 40 newborns weighing 400-500 grams will take part. The goal is to see if ADINA reduces the time they need oxygen and works as well as the usual method.
