Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called ADI-001 for people with rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't improved with standard therapies. ADI-001 uses specially engineered immune cells to target and destroy faulty B cells that drive inflammation. The study involves about 25 adults and focuses mainly on safety, checking for side effects and how well the body tolerates the treatment.
