Digital program aims to keep mental health patients on track with meds
NCT ID NCT07445802
Summary
This study aims to help people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder take their prescribed medication more consistently. Researchers will first compare how well patients' own reports of taking medication match pharmacy records. Then, they will test a 10-session online group program, led by professionals and peers, to see if it improves medication use over six months. The goal is to find better ways to support long-term treatment for serious mental illness.
