Smartphone app aims to be a lifeline for teens with ADHD

Summary
This study aims to help young people with ADHD better manage their condition during the challenging transition from adolescence to adulthood. Researchers will remotely monitor 250 teens with ADHD for two years using smartphone apps and wearable devices to track symptoms and lifestyle. The goal is to co-design a new app with participants to help prevent negative outcomes and support healthy living by giving young people more control over managing their ADHD.
