Mindfulness vs. organization skills: which helps teens with ADHD more?

Summary
This study is testing two different talk-based therapies to see which helps teenagers with ADHD manage their symptoms better. Thirty teens will be randomly assigned to either learn organizational skills or practice mindfulness techniques over eight group sessions. Researchers will measure changes in ADHD symptoms, daily functioning, and emotional regulation to see which approach is more helpful.
