Mindfulness or organization skills: which helps teens with ADHD more?

Summary
This study compares two different support programs for teenagers with ADHD. Researchers want to see whether mindfulness training or organizational skills training works better to help manage ADHD symptoms and improve daily life. The study involves 36 teens aged 13-17 who will attend eight weekly sessions and complete questionnaires before and after the programs.
