Summary
This study is testing a new behavioral skills program designed to help pregnant women with ADHD manage their symptoms during pregnancy and after giving birth. Researchers will compare the program to standard care in 80 participants to see if it's helpful and practical. The main goals are to see if the program reduces ADHD symptoms and stress, and if mothers and therapists find it easy to use.
