Summary

This study compares two types of talk therapy—Organizational Skills Training and Mindfulness-Based Intervention—for teens aged 13-17 with ADHD. About 36 teens and their caregivers will fill out questionnaires before and after eight weekly sessions. The goal is to see which approach works better for reducing ADHD symptoms and improving daily functioning.
