Summary

This study tests whether a diet rich in fiber and fermented foods can improve ADHD symptoms in adults aged 18 to 50. Participants will follow either a special diet or general healthy eating guidelines for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in focus, mood, sleep, and gut health to see if diet can help manage ADHD.
