Summary
This study tests whether a diet rich in fiber and fermented foods can reduce core ADHD symptoms in adults aged 18-50. Two hundred participants will be randomly assigned to either the special diet or general healthy eating guidelines for 12 weeks. Researchers will track symptom changes, brain function, and gut health to see if diet can ease ADHD through the gut-brain connection.
